Creating WEB pages

You can create your own reservation check page. By using this page, your customers can check the reservation availability in real time.

To create a public web page, log in to NOCOTE WEB and open Top Menu> [Create pub-page].

Page Publish and Share

Let's share the page you created with your customers. After saving the page from NOCOTE WEB, you can publish with just one click of the "Publish saved page" button. After the publishing process, you can open the published page from the "Check published page" button.


When a web page is published, a fixed address (URL) is assigned to the page. You will use a little ingenuity, for example link from the your shop's homepage, you can share it smoothly to customers.

You can also place a QR code on the page and share it from there. Enter the above URL as a QR code when creating the page.
 

Set non-available timings

You can set regular holidays, irregular holidays, and business hours when creating a page. You can also specify a date range that your customers can check. You can avoid receiving wrong reservations when you don't know what the item is available/unavailable in the future.
 

Seamless link to shop reception

If you select "Use phone inquiry feature", an inquiry button will be displayed by tapping the chart on the WEB page. Since the link of the telephone number can be displayed from this button, the customer can call the store smoothly.
 

E-mail inquiry form set up

Inquiries by e-mail may be more convenient depending on the business. This can be done by selecting "Use e-mail inquiry feature" when creating a page. From this button, the input form for inquiries will be displayed.

The following email can be received when an inquiry is sent from the above input form.

Can we create any number of public pages?
A
There is a limit to the number of pages that can be created. The limit value is depending on the each paid plan. Please check the Price page.

I have updated and republished the page after publish. Will the URL of the page change in that case?
A
The URL of the page does not change when the page is updated. If you create a new page again after deleting the page, the URL will change. Please be careful not to make a mistake.

How to check the updated page after saving the page?
A
When you save a page from NOCOTE WEB, the page automatically opens in a pop-up, but it will need allow the pop-up on the browser side. Please refer to the explanation of each browser for permission method of popup.
And, you can check the published page from the NOCOTE WEB by clicking the “Check published page” button.

What happens if I delete a "pub-page"?

If you delete a pub-page, it will be changed to a page with only a message indicating that it has been deleted. Also, if you enter a URL in the text box displayed when deleting, you can set a link to an alternative page below the message.

Is it possible creating reservation from pub-page?
A
No. On pub-page, we support only inquiry functions with email or telephone. You should create or update those tickets from NOCOTE app after contact from customer.

About usage charges

The usage fee is included in the plan purchased from the NOCOTE app. The usage restrictions vary depending on the contract plan, so please check the Price page.

The wide plan usage restrictions do not apply, what are happening?
A
Please check the API plan from the top menu of NOCOTE WEB > "Use of WepAPI" after purchasing the Wide Plan. If you have used this feature before purchasing the Wide Plan, you will need to update the API plan from NOCOTE WEB after purchasing the Wide Plan. This can be done from the "Use WepAPI" menu.

What happens if the paid plan had expiring?
A
If you use it after the expiration date, it will be treated as a free plan and will be subject to the same restrictions as the free plan. You can resolve it by purchasing the period extension of plan from the app.

Can I use my own domain for public pages?
A
It becomes individual correspondence. Please contact us by email. The domain of the public page is normally operated at https://my.nocote.com.
